1. Eligibility & acceptance

Who may use the Services

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable use

Respectful and lawful behavior

You agree not to misuse the Services. Misuse includes anything that disrupts the platform, infringes rights, or violates applicable law.

• No unauthorized sharing

  Do not share, upload, stream, or distribute course videos, files, templates, or instructor materials outside the Services, including via social media, drive links, or “screen recording” reposts.

• No scraping or reverse engineering

  Do not scrape content, probe vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, decompile player protections, or attempt to derive source materials from protected content.

• No harassment

  Be professional in community spaces. Hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted harassment are prohibited.

• No fraudulent activity

  Do not use stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, or false identity information. We may suspend accounts pending verification.

3. Purchases & billing

Payments, taxes, and pricing

Prices, currency, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases, applicable taxes, and any required fees.

• Receipts & confirmations

  A confirmation email or account receipt serves as proof of purchase. Keep it for your records.

• Price changes

  We may change pricing for future purchases. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

• Chargebacks

  If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend access while the dispute is pending and request documentation to investigate.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Refund policy overview

Unless a different policy is shown at checkout, refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below. Certain offers may be non-refundable if clearly disclosed.

• Eligibility

  Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, excessive consumption inconsistent with trying the course, or fraud/chargeback abuse.

• How to request

  Submit a request via the Contact form on this page with your email and order details. We may request additional verification.

• Processing time

  If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

5. Course access & license

Personal, limited license

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course content for your personal educational use, subject to these Terms.

• Access duration

  Unless otherwise stated, access is provided for the duration specified at purchase or while the course remains available on the platform. We may update or retire modules to maintain accuracy and quality.

• No resale or sublicensing

  You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any course materials, recordings, or downloads.

• Community and live sessions

  If your plan includes live calls or community access, participation is subject to respectful conduct. We may remove users who violate guidelines.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership and rights

All content provided through the Services—including videos, text, graphics, course structures, and branding—is owned by UrbanLink Jewelry Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Educational content; no guarantees

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, or certification acceptance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UrbanLink Jewelry Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Updates to Services and Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational updates. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

9. Suspension & termination

Enforcement
